Last Saturday I had the privilege to register Kacie and Josh’ wedding at Box Hill Mansion at Regents’ Glen Golf Course. We started the week with the “what if it rains” talk because the weather forecast was calling for rain on the weekend. Kacie was ahead of the game and had already umbrellas in hand. However, as Kacie mentioned to me on her special day, because the umbrellas were all ready to go we actually didn’t have to use them at all!!! (Halelluia!) The weather was perfect! The sun was shining throughout the entire day and we were able to really take advantage of all stunning gardens Box Hill Mansion has to offer.
Kacie and Josh met in high school in 2007 when they were in 8th grade. And last September, just before they went to Georgia on vacation, he proposed! Josh had just finished their new deck and hung some lights for Kacie, just as she wanted. She went out with a friend and when she came back, he not only surprised her with the new lights but with a ring!!! She thought he was going to pop the question during their trip, sho she was very surprised… (Way to go Josh!)
I’m so honored I was able to register the love in between these two! They are not only an incredible couple but they are amazing individuals. They are both super caring, joyful and polite. It was their wedding day and they were still caring about us vendors, who were there to take care of them!!! No wonder why they had so many lifelong friends sharing in their special day with them!!!
