Do dreams come true? I’m here to prove to you that yes, they do!!!
Since a long, long time ago I started to have this small fire burning in my heart to get out there and start helping other photographers grow their business. I doubted myself multiple times and tried to hide behind the fact that I am not “a big shot” in this industry, English is not my 1st language, I’m not good enough and many other lies I was telling myself.
Last year I worked very hard with my business coach to get over the “impostor syndrome” so I could finally step out of fear and into creating the work my heart so desired. So this year I said, this is it, I’m stepping out of my own shadows and will do something I love.
And that friends, was helping other creatives to reach their own dreams so they can live an abundant life filled with joy!
So again, do dreams come true? Yes, they do!!! Not in a magical, Disney movie way but with a lot of work and help of others, yes, they do…
I dreamed about putting together a day where photographers could come “hang out” with me while I showed them how I work on a wedding day, from beginning to end. And to make this dream of mine come true, I had the help of an incredible team of creators that believed in me and said yes to my vision!
Gillian, from Events By Gillian was with me from the get-go. She helped me planning, executing and organizing the Styled Shoot.
Our theme was “Elegant Fall Backyard Wedding”. We wanted to show that we can still put together a sophisticated fall wedding at a backyard not having to incorporate the dark colors we are used to having for wedding during the cold months.
Chestnut Hill Villa, a wedding venue located in Manheim, opened their doors for us so graciously. This beautiful wedding venue offers the perfect setup for our vision, as they have a large house and a lot of outdoor options for ceremonies and receptions.
The floral design was created by Kristen from Blossom Bliss. Kristen jumped in without any hesitation and created some of the most beautiful arrangements for us. Aren’t these flowers gorgeous?
The invitation suite design and calligraphy were brought to life by Ashley, from RSVP_Love. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure my vision was perfect on paper. And friends, she nailed it!
Sarah from Sarah Musser Hair and Breanna from Makeup by Breanna Alexandra were the ones responsible for making our model, Steffany Kali, look even more beautiful, taking care of her hair and makeup.
Tiffany, from Tiffany’s Bridal Boutique provided the gorgeous, jaw-dropping bridal gown and veil for our model. I couldn’t stop saying WOW to this amazing gown designed by Maggie Sottero.
Generation Tux graciously sent us the groom’s attire for our model Jordon Ellison to wear.
The furniture and decor are part of the elegant, sophisticated and stunning collection Fiffer from Treasured Events has in her inventory.
Cake and Cup Bake Shoppe designed the gorgeous cake for us. Doesn’t it look amazing?
And the a-ma-zing mobile bar you’ll see below is from Get Hitched Mobile Bar. They decorate the bar according to the theme of the wedding, and they brought some pink goblets to go with our theme. So thoughtful!
Special Occasions helped us with the linen used on the laid back, relaxed sweetheart table.

Before I (finally) end this post, I want to once again express my sincerest gratitude to all that came to Shoot & Learn. Most of our attendees drove from very far away to spend the day with me and this makes me so thankful.
