They met on a blind date… Chris and Steph had a mutual friend who knew they were the right match for each other. So back in 2016, Chris showed up to Steph’s house to take her out and he got her heart. Immediately. Right then and there!
Steph told me that on their 1st official date they went on a hike to Hawk Rock Mountain and they had to climb up over a mile to get to the top of the mountain. It was a very hot day and the wind wouldn’t blow. Chris brought a hammock and set it there, overlooking the Susquehanna River, where they both rested while watching the sunset. And then, together with their first kiss came the wind, the nice breeze that made Steph feel like “it was a good sign”, as she said.
And she was right, it must have been a good sign! Four years after that they will be saying yes at Cameron Estate Inn, surrounded by their loved ones and Cheech, their dog who also helped Chris with the proposal!
Steph and Chris, you two are one of the most chill, laid back and funny couples I know! I loved spending time with you both during your engagement session at the Harrisburg Capitol. Thank you for the good laughs in between shots and thank you for trusting me to capture your love! I’m seriously so happy that our paths crossed and I get to register your “I DO”. I-can’t-wait!!!
