It’s hard to find the words to describe how amazing Mary & Joseph’s wedding at The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve in Philadelphia was, but I’ll give it a try!
Mary and Joseph celebrated their love with their closest friends and family members in attendance. They needed to make quite a few adjustments to make their dream wedding day come to life. Change of venue, change of reception location, and not to mention restrictions due to the pandemic. All while managing to keep the same exact wedding date! None of those changes even came close to ruining their perfect wedding day!
I met Mary and the girls at The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve where they were getting ready. As I typically do on the day of the wedding, I came in to greet everyone and grab the bridal details. When I laid eyes on every carefully chosen accessory that Mary was wearing for her wedding day, I knew I was about to get some great shots!
The gold bracelet you’ll see below belonged to Mary’s Great Grandmother and was given to Mary by her sweet Grandma. Unfortunately, due to health issues, Mary’s Grandma couldn’t make it to the wedding. But after mass, we all stopped by to see Grandma, so that she could greet the new Mr. & Mrs. Oh boy, what an amazing moment that was!

These two families that became one have something very special about them. Everyone in attendance felt it. The way they spoke during toasts, the happy tears throughout the day, their devotion to the Lord. Everything was beautiful, meaningful and simply incredible!
