Last year, after a few emails, Kerri chose me to be her wedding photographer. Since our first email exchange I knew she was a JTP bride. She’s so relaxed, down to earth and super in love!!! Right after she signed the contract and sent the retainer fee, my website went down for a few days.  I was finishing working on rebranding, creating a new website and pregnant feeling so sick. Because of that, a few days went by without me being able to get my website back and running. I freaked out!!! I thought “This bride just booked me, sent me money and now my website disappears”. But, not even once did Kerri call me worried or showing any signs of being a “bridezilla” (she was totally entitled to by the way! lol). One day I received an email saying “I just want to let you know that your website is not working”. That’s it! So gentle and kind! I then confirmed “she was the one for me” lol (Just kidding…)

June 16th, 2018. That’s the date Kerri and Travis chose to say “I DO”. It was a (very) hot summer day, and the sun was shinning brightly. Travis and his groomsmen were waiting to greet me at Columbia Crossing, the venue they chose for the ceremony. After taking a few photos, as my assistant and I were heading out to meet Kerri at her house, I said “If their entire bridal party is as awesome as this group of guys, our work will be easy”. And boy, was I right!

I arrived at Kerri’s and was welcomed with a big smile. She was ahead of schedule with her hair and makeup done and wearing some cute matching shirts with her mom and bridesmaid. Everyone was sooo nice and kind to us… They all really made my job a lot easier!

The ceremony started at 3pm with the guys arriving on a boat on the Susquehanna river. YES, ON A BOAT! What!?! So cool!!! They lined up, and I could see on Travis’s face how excited he was waiting for his bride! Kerri walked down the aisle while live music was playing. She was as radiant as the sun!!! Stunning! Their good friend, Matt, was the officiant and used a beautiful river analogy to describe married life.

Since Travis is a huge Eagle’s fan, Matt sent them off as Mr. and Mrs. Conrad with every one singing “Fly Eagles Fly”.

Below you can see the highlights of this adorable rustic, plum & portobello summer wedding!
